Why we use data
We use your invoice fields to check balances and show evidence, workspace records to provide access, and security records to limit abuse. Do not use customer names in invoice IDs or your workspace name.
What is stored
Your workspace name, hashed access key, session hashes, scan reports, flagged invoice records, and manual review approvals are stored in Cloudflare D1. The original uploaded CSV is processed in memory and is not saved. Request IP addresses are hashed for daily abuse limits; those records expire after one day and are cleaned up on later authentication requests.
What to leave out
Do not upload names, email addresses, card details, bank details, or other personal information. The CSV accepts six specific columns only.
Retention and deletion
Reports stay until you delete the workspace from Settings. Deletion removes the active workspace, sessions, reports, and approvals. Cloudflare backup retention is controlled by the hosting account and is not claimed to be instant deletion from backups.
Access, corrections, and questions
You can view and download your report in the workspace. To correct invoice data, scan a corrected file; old reports remain separate snapshots. You can delete the workspace in Settings. For other requests, see Help and data requests. Do not share your private key.
Services and cookies
This release uses Cloudflare Workers and D1, plus one essential session cookie. Cloudflare processes requests to host and protect the service; this can include network and request metadata. No specific country of storage is promised. No analytics or advertising scripts are included. Uploaded data is not sent to Stripe, Resend, or an AI model.
