PILOT · COMMISSIONING OFFReview invoice balances and payment readiness with source evidence. Stripe is available only through a separately approved pilot; general connection is not enabled.
Revenue Findings
- Unpaid send-invoice balances at least 14 days overdue.
- Past-due partial balances with matching payment evidence and no payment for at least 14 days.
- Outstanding auto-charge invoices with a failed linked payment attempt.
- Past-due, unpaid or incomplete subscriptions with an outstanding latest invoice.
Each invoice balance is counted once. Open auto-charge invoices are not treated as ordinary due-date debt. Amounts remain separate by currency.
Revenue Risks
Missing default payment methods, expired or soon-expiring default cards, and trials ending soon without a default are warnings with no money amount. They are not revenue findings or proof of a failed future payment.
Your connection
A dedicated restricted key is encrypted per workspace. Owner approval binds the account and test/live mode and expires within seven days. You review Read permissions and consent before connecting. Manual sync only; no automatic monitoring, messages, charges, refunds or Stripe record changes.
The pilot reads account identity, invoices and invoice payments, subscriptions, customers, PaymentIntents, charges and default PaymentMethods. Only minimized IDs, balances, statuses and dates are retained. No full card details, names, emails or raw source records are saved.
Coverage and limits
USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD and NZD. Up to 500 invoices and 500 subscriptions, 100 logical reads and a 22-second deadline. Permission errors, unsupported data, inconsistent reads or exceeded limits reject the entire scan. Source systems can change during a read; review current records before acting.
Reports show separate receivables, payment-state, subscription-invoice and default-payment readiness dimensions. Unmeasured areas stay visible. Test mode never counts as real evidence. Manual scan changes never establish verified recovery.
What is deferred
Repeated failures from retry counters, duplicate-subscription judgments, legacy pricing, discount anomalies and unbilled usage require additional trustworthy history or business intent. No debt is estimated from plan price.
Disconnect and revoke
Disconnect removes the stored credential and blocks further syncs. Delete or roll the key in Stripe to revoke it there too. Reports remain until workspace deletion; hosting backup retention still applies.
