Revenue Health, review actions and verified recovery
Revenue Health summarizes what your data can support. Unknown dimensions remain unknown. A flagged balance, a completed task and a verified cash recovery are different observations.
Coverage before conclusions
The CSV route supports invoice balance checks. It does not measure subscriptions, card failures, duplicate charges or every billing risk. Stripe, QuickBooks and Xero connections are engineered pilots awaiting real-account commissioning.
Review in the Action Center
Inspect evidence, record true, false or uncertain findings, and choose a next step. Approval and review do not themselves send a recovery message, retry a payment or charge a card.
What counts as recovery evidence
A reviewed finding identifies a possible issue. A verified recovery requires source-supported cash evidence and a defensible link to the authorized action, accounting for refunds, reversals and ambiguity. CAVOA has no real customer recovery proof yet.
Begin without financial data
Start with the free 2-minute Revenue Leak Check. If appropriate, join a personally supported minimized CSV review. No card is required for the check.
